
Self and Earth: A Mindful Moment in Nature
You’re craving slow time in nature. Of course you are, who isn’t?
You know that having some time in the woods would be exactly what you need, but it’s been so hard to fit it in.
Please accept this invitation to join a small group of like minded wanderers.
We will spend a couple of hours journaling, meditating, working with art materials, and remembering our connection to the Earth.
During this walk, participants will be asked to leave their phones behind for the 2 hours.
This experience is for those who know that the Earth offers powerful therapy, but need a little help making use of it. Open to anyone 18+.
You do not need to be a “hiker” or a “nature person” to attend. We won’t be hiking, but rather simply being in nature. Please don’t let inexperience with the outdoors hold you back.

Location: South Mountain Reservation; exact location will be provided upon registration.
Cost is up to you. I suggest a range of $25-$36 for those who want some guidance.
